The Destruction

“The destruction” another early 2020 illustration for Invisible Sun RPG Boardgame. I’m not very happy with this one. Supposedly a giant flying building has fallen here, but in the early brief description i understood there should remain structure parts of the building so in the first sketches i took this camera angle to have a cool compo of the building remains in perspective, sadly the client accepted the perspective and camera angle but told me i had to remove every building remains and just left there a giant crater so i did it as best i was able but that made compo weaker.
I have to admit it was the first time i did something like this so it was challenging for me.
I guess this is one of those where the mistakes teach you something.
